[Chrono Trigger: Episode 2]

Contrived

It's spelled 'taking', not 'takeing'.

It was pretty decently presented, and the fight scene was cool to watch, but the whole thing is the same Dark antihero/vengaence crazed badass business that Magus keeps getting shoved in, the same place as such characters like Vincient, or Hellsing's Arucard (Which is a stupid, contrived name for a badass vampire). The prattlings about the nature of evil and perception and all that junk are just there to cover up for that lack of real character development.

Fine scores for being European, and using the term 'tosser'. A fair remix, but the sausage chasing the girl reminded me gently of anime tentacle rape.

Though, I guess that's not fair seeing as most everything reminds of anime tentacle rape.

Sloppy

Sloppy. Cut offs were aprubt. Set-ups to flashbacks were shoddily place. Really, really bad compared to your first one. Even worse than the Christmas one. My only condolance was that I got to lower it .04 points temporarily before it becomes unduely high scored.

Good luck in the future, I hope you can get back what you had with the first one.

[Fantastic Realm Chapter 1]

Beautiful, but lacking...

Some, if not the best animation I've seen on Newgrounds, and the element of discrete fantasy you used reminds me more of contemporary American or British novels and less of the trite, overexaggerated anime fantasy most people reveare.

However, a sense of conflict in the first episode is desirable, and the dialogue could use a bit o' polishing.

I look forward to the next one, but with animation this detailed, it might be a while.

CONTRIVED

This story gets duller by the episode. All you do is build up good guys to get killed.

As usual the graphics are stunning, and the sound impeccible. But the story is drifting, too many subplots, too many loose strings, and too much death for a final fantasy tribute.

Sheesh, if they dont survive that crash, you just blew 3 episode on NOTHING.

What's wrong with all of you people? None of this was in the least bit called-for. Up until this episode I had followed the series closely and always looked to it as a source of humor and some of the best flash work on the net...

Until this. I don't see how any of you could stomach this video at all. It wasn't funny, it wasn't creative, and it certainly wasn't up to the standards that I believed this artist had set himself to.

Don't get me wrong, it isn't as if I don't find violence funny from time to time, but this was out of line. I think I'm gonna hurl...
